Graham Hopley LLB

Graham is a very experienced defence solicitor advocate with over 30 years’ experience of representing clients from police station to court. Graham qualified in 1981 and worked for ten years in London representing clients charged with the most serious of offences from murder, armed robbery, and fraud offences. Being based in the city Graham’s work included representing clients being investigated by Customs & Excise, The Serious Fraud Office, various Banks and Mortgage Companies. Moving in 1991 nearer to Heathrow Graham’s work expanded to include significant drug importation investigations. Graham’s final move brought him to Hampshire where he has worked for the past 15 years representing clients for a full range of offences which include proceeds of crime, kidnap, fraud, theft and violent offences. In addition, Graham’s knowledge and experience for the past 15 years and continuing includes representing military personnel of all ratings to officers, those being investigated by military police, service investigators board and civilian law enforcement for a range of offences. Graham has represented suspects being interviewed under caution to representing clients before court martial and the civilian court ensuring his client’s interests are upheld and cases are dealt with fairly, justly and without prejudice.
